Pancakes, whipped cream and berries

PannekakerTonight I really wanted something good. So I checked out my pantry to see what I could find. Some eggs, cream, berries…”Hmmmm. Surely I can make something tasteful out of this”. I came up with these lovely pancakes with wipped cream and warm berries.

Ingrediences for the pancakes
2 dl cream
3 eggs
1 spoonful of fibre husk
3 spoonfuls of almond flour
very little Sukrin sugar
1 dl water
very little salt
Butter for the frying
berries
cream

Whip all the ingrediences together. Choose the amount of Sukrin you want to use. I used 1 teaspoon. Let the mixture swell.

Fry 4 small pancakes at the time in the frying pan on moderate heat. Fry on both sides.  Use much butter. It adds a delicious salty flavour to the pancakes.

Heat frozen berries in a small casserole, or use fresh berries.

Whip the cream. You do not need sugar in the cream.

Serve and enjoy!
